Frequently asked questions
What if I receive a painting or print that is damaged?
Please retain the damaged box if you receive a painting or art/photo print that is damaged so that I can file a claim with the shipping company right away. In order to begin their inquiry, they will need to see the box and item damage. Get in touch with me right away!
Do the art prints come signed?
The prints are currently open edition and may included a printed watermark in the lower corner for artist credit. Original works will be signed.
Does it take a longer time to receive a print order?
Yes. The prints are made to order by a lab with whom I have collaborated to print my artwork since 2010. The photo lab in California requires 3-5 days to create the print, and then ship from CA.
Is your art archival grade?
Yes, the artworks are of archival quality and are intended to last. Remember, direct sun and UV can affect this and cause fading.
How do I care for my fine art print or painting?
Paintings and prints by fine artists need to be treated with care. Steer clear of moisture and direct sunlight to maintain their best appearance. Dust can be gently cleaned with a dry, soft cloth.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Accepted payments include PayPal, as well as major credit cards.
Where does the original art ship from?
Original and handmade artworks and paintings will ship from either NYC or Connecticut.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Processing time varies depending on the art piece and whether it is a custom-printed piece or one that is handmade. After an order ships, it usually takes 3-5 business days for US customers to receive it. Prints can take 3-5 days to produce and an additional 3-5 days to deliver.
Are these made by an artist? Who owns copyright?
Yes! All of the art offered is for personal use and display - the artist retains complete copyright of the artwork.
Can I request a frame, or an art print on canvas?
Yes. Please contact us through messaging to arrange this before ordering!
